Ingredients
  • 6 oz Cream Cheese, softened
  • ¼ cup Butter, softened
  • 75 grams Fresh Mango, diced
  • 1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp Vanilla
  • 2 packets Stevia
  • ¼ cup Walnuts, roughly chopped
Instructions
  1. Puree mango in a food processor.
  2. Add cream cheese, butter, cinnamon, vanilla, and stevia. Blend until smooth.
  3. Divide the chopped walnuts into a silicon praline mold.
  4. Fill each cavity with the mango-cream cheese mixture.
  5. Freeze for 1-2 hours.
  6. Unmold and serve chilled.
