Ingredients
- 6 oz Cream Cheese, softened
- ¼ cup Butter, softened
- 75 grams Fresh Mango, diced
- 1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
- 1 tbsp Vanilla
- 2 packets Stevia
- ¼ cup Walnuts, roughly chopped
Instructions
- Puree mango in a food processor.
- Add cream cheese, butter, cinnamon, vanilla, and stevia. Blend until smooth.
- Divide the chopped walnuts into a silicon praline mold.
- Fill each cavity with the mango-cream cheese mixture.
- Freeze for 1-2 hours.
- Unmold and serve chilled.
